10-DAYS RE:HER NATIONAL FOOD FESTIVAL | Progressive National Food Festival debuted on the anniversary of the Women’s March in January 2021 across Los Angeles County to offer unique collaborations with other female owners and chefs, thematic menus, one-on-one conversations among female industry leaders, and more. The synergy among these women sparked the RE:Her movement and has since spread quick and wide.
EVENT PLATFORM | Across the US and throughout the year, Regarding Her unlocks the synergistic power found in connecting women-owned food and drink businesses who collaborate, iterate, and innovate to share creative offerings at our marquee national food festival, 10-Days Regarding Her, and year-round activations around all sorts of interesting happenings and themes such as movie premiers, speciality food holidays like National Fried Chicken Day, health and wellness yoga gatherings and more that generate tons of buzz, inspire media to amplify and drive consumers to frequent Her business.
NATIONAL RESTAURANT DISCOVERY GUIDE | Regarding Her is on a mission to connect diners to experiences they crave around a shared passion for dining and lifestyle inspired and curated by women-owned food and drink businesses to showcase and support Her Business. Encapsulating and channeling the synergy and buzz, we showcase Her in our restaurant discovery guide in one of the most influential and trusted consumer and media sources for women-owned food and drink businesses designed to inspire new ways to experience and support Her, whether it’s down the street or across the country. Consumers connect via an interactive website, mobile app, live dining events
HER MIGHTY BUSINESS NETWORK | An active online community of over 350 Los Angeles members (growing locally and compounding Nationally) in which sharing, networking, expert-led webinars and courses, and events are all available together in one place, 24/7 with an emphasis on education, access, and connection.
BUSINESS ACCELERATOR PLATFORM | A high-quality, annual, 10-week accelerator program that includes live, relevant to Her instruction from a best-in-class educational institution, bi-weekly mastermind groups during the program, one-on-one expert coaching sessions during the program, informal cohort online and in person discussions/happy hours, capital contribution granted to 10 participants and follow-up sessions to check on progress after funds are paid out.

HER COMMUNITY FOOD PROJECT | A food supply program for basic food needs that meet individuals and families right where they are with access to healthy and sustainable food and hunger relief produced by Her Business and delivered by Her community.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM | A project designed to create economic mobility through workforce development to create fair and equitable opportunities; to offer long-term career path training and development from high-school to adulthood for female chefs that takes entry level female cooks to management; and to provide the education, acceleration and access to capital for Her restaurant ownership.

HOSPITALITY RESET | In coalition with other like-minded organizations in and around hospitality, Regarding Her is committed to uprooting and rerooting the hospitality industry into an equitable space with the development of an open-source industry-specific Equity Framework designed to guide and facilitate local, community-centered engagement in the national movement, that enables companies, organizations, and individuals to share resources and move forward in unison to address our most pressing issues.
